1. Open Exchange Management Console.
2. Expand the Microsoft Exchange On-Premises tree.
3. Expand Server Configuration tree.
4. Click on Hub Transport.
5. At the right pane, u will see below configuration. Then Right Click, and choose Propertise.
6. After the dialog box open, click Add button to add IP Address for mail relay.
7. After add IP Address, click Apply and OK.
