1. Open Server Manager by clicking on Start Menu > Administrative Tools > Server Manager
2. Click on Activate Windows icon.
3. Key in the product key for Windows 2008. The Windows 2008 product key can be found on the installation disc holder inside the Windows package. After that, click Next button.
4. Windows will validate the product key via online. Wait until it finish.
5. Done
