Use this command to getall the mailboxes and their sizes by Organizational Unit

get-mailbox -OrganizationalUnit "ou=department name,dc=company,dc=local" -resultsize unlimited | get-mailboxstatistics | ft DisplayName,TotalItemSize,Itemcount | more
