Lync 2010 – How to Join or Accept the Presentation Invitation on Microsoft Lync 2010

1. If you’re had invited to join the presentation session, the small pop up windows will appear at your task bar. Click Join icon to accept the session.

2. A new Group Conversation window will appear and you will see the group conversation as shown below.
